SALES & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ongoing marketing of group programs via targeted e-mail/fax distributions to client database and listing of programs on industry web sites
  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and e-mail
  • Handle client registration process from acknowledgment of booking, invoicing/confirmation through to collection of balance payments due
  • Assist with electronic and physical preparation of client tour documentation package
  • Provide support to the company Principal

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with international travel (ideally groups)
  • Detail and deadline orientated
  • Thrive in a multi-tasking, fast paced, hands-on environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • TICO travel counsellor certification
  • And…. A passion for travel and a pride in what you do !
